AdKaora's international expansion continues: acquisition of Adgage has completed

AdKaora team expands!

AdKaora's growth in international markets continues, proceeding with the 100% acquisition of Adgage.

With this transaction, the Mondadori Group's MarTech Pole, consisting of AdKaora and Hej!, confirms its vision and ambition to develop abroad, which began last year with the acquisition, in a first phase, of a minority stake in Adgage.

Mondadori Group's Martech Pole: success without limits

The strategy of the Mondadori Group's Martech Pole, to which Adgage is now being added, has as its key to success the ability to support brands in achieving their set results, through a strongly consultative approach that combines creativity with the best technological solutions. "A winning approach confirmed by the results recorded in 2022, with overall revenues up 39% toward the previous year, to which AdKaora and Hej!" contributed.

These results, expected to grow also in 2023, are mainly due to the passion to the know-how of a team, which can count on more than 60 professionals between Milan and Rome.

AdKaora, Hej! and Adgage: A new era for mobile advertising and international marketing

The union with Adgage, a Madrid, Spain-based company specializing in mobile advertising and in-game advertising, "represents the perfect bridge to bring AdKaora and Hej!'s advanced mobile advertising and conversational marketing solutions out of Italy as well, and to enhance proximity marketing and gaming advertising technology strategies, focusing on continuous product innovation at the service of brands."

Adgage closed 2022 with a 40% increase compared to 2021, thanks to a team of 15 people active in the Spanish, Portuguese and soon Latam markets, confirming the company's high development potential also thanks to the first synergies already put in place with AdKaora and Hej!
